Safari Grill (Albert Park)

With its zebra tablecloths and exotic dishes, "it looks like a safari in there!" exclaims Sabahat N. Try the short beef ribs (or nyama ya mbavu) - thinly-sliced barbecued short ribs, smoky, tender and flavourful available in mild, medium, hot, suicide, teriyaki, honey garlic or salt and pepper!

We want our baby back, baby back, baby back... ribs. Tender, fall-off-the-bone, full rack of ribs basted with JD infused BBQ sauce sounds about right! Supplement with a stuffed potato! It's Damian P's favourite. "I could eat that for dinner by itself. I always get it loaded. It's fluffy and light!"

If you've never done Korean BBQ, now is your chance! It typically consists of meats like short ribs, beef and chicken. Take it from Jenny C, the "short ribs are a must!" Better bring your appetite, Soban is "very abundant with the side dishes that come with the short ribs!"

The Main Dish (Bridgeland)

When you want your meal to go, pick up an order of the bourbon BBQ ribs! It's a half-rack braised in a Jack Daniels Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Stuck on a side? Kate B "can never seem to pass on the green beans!"

Three words. St. Louis Ribs - individually cut, brushed with a signature Kansas city style BBQ sauce for $12.95. "You won't regret it!" exclaims Meghan H. Or try a combination plate with your choice of any two meats for $25.95. Ribs and brisket anyone?
