MONTREAL - The Montreal Alouettes are expecting to have their offensive catalyst in the lineup Friday night when they face the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Quarterback Anthony Calvillo suffered blurred vision after taking a hit in Montreal's 27-24 loss to the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Sunday. Calvillo began experiencing blurred vision in his right eye after being wrapped up by defensive tackle Dario Romero.
Calvillo was taken to hospital following the game with the club saying he did not suffer a concussion. On Monday, head coach Marc Trestman told reporters he was optimistic Calvillo would be under centre when the Alouettes (3-1) play against the Ticats (2-2).
