TORONTO - Conrad Black's son is set to go to trial this winter on charges of harassment and uttering threats against a former girlfriend.
Jonathan Black was charged last December after an ex-girlfriend made a complaint to police, saying that he called and texted her repeatedly.
He was released on bail and banned from contacting her, but it's alleged that he did so and was charged again in March.
The former model, who now works as a bond trader in Toronto, is also accused of breaching probation.
Trial dates have been set for Dec. 15 and Jan. 17.
Black's father, media mogul Conrad Black, was ordered back to prison by Sept. 6 to serve another 13 months for defrauding investors.
He was sentenced to 42 months in jail, minus the 29 he's already served.
