The products include ham, sausage, wieners, meatloaf and corned beef prepared by Chilcotin Harvest and distributed in the Williams Lake area.
Some of the products were also sold from the Ethical Kitchen restaurant in North Vancouver.
The B.C. Centre for Disease Control says an inspection of the Chilcotin Harvest plant found safety issues with the way the food was being processed.
The products are labelled "Pasture to Plate" and have no dates or lot numbers, but anyone with such products in their fridge or freezer is being told to throw them out.
The company has stopped distributing the products and no illnesses have been reported.
