Enumerators lose binders with information on Alberta voters

EDMONTON - Elections Alberta says enumerators have lost more binders with basic information on voters.

One binder was misplaced in the electoral division of Lesser Slave Lake and the other was lost in Edmonton Strathcona.

The binders contained names and addresses and, in some cases, phone numbers and birth dates.

Elections Alberta says it apologizes to the individuals involved.

The chief electoral officer has sent a letter to people affected outlining what happened.

Earlier this month, an enumerator lost a binder in Calgary.
