Central Alberta dentist buys John Lennon tooth, plans to take it on tour

SASKATOON - Can't buy me love, but a tooth from a dead Beatle cost a central Alberta dentist a mere $31,000.

Michael Zuk of Red Deer recently bought one of John Lennon's teeth on auction.

Zuk appeared on a Regina radio talk show Wednesday and said he's still waiting to take possession of the tooth.

Zuk plans to display it in his office and will also take the tooth on a tour to different dental schools.

He says he's arranged for dental insurance for the artifact with Lloyd's of London.
