We're officially in the second week of 2012, and the holidays already feel like the distant past. And as for those oh-so-achievable resolutions made but 10 days ago? They've already disappeared into a black hole, like all of those emails you were so intent on keeping organized this year. In the U.K., research shows that 92 per cent of dieters have already gone back to sweets and fatty foods, and Britain also marks January 9 as the day when resolutions go kaput.
