Toronto's Peter Polansky was knocked out in the third round of qualifying Saturday, falling 6-4, 6-2 to Thailand's Danai Udomchoke.
Polansky defeated France's Augustin Gensse 6-3, 6-2 in the second round of qualifying Friday.
Vancouver's Vasek Pospisil lost out in the second round to Australia's Carsten Ball, while Pierre-Ludovic Duclos fell to Brazil's Andre Ghem.
Raonic, the No. 23-seed from Thornhill, Ont., will face unseeded Filippo Volandri of Italy in his opening match of the main draw.
Vancouver's Rebecca Marino, Stephanie Dubois of Laval, Que., and Aleksandra Wozniak of Blainville, Que., all earned direct entry on the women's side
Marino will take on Hungary's Greta Arn in the first round, while Wozniak, who qualified for three of the four Grand Slams in 2011, drew China's Shuai Zhang. Dubois, who is returning from an injury at the end of last season, will face Russian Elena Vesnina.
Wozniak earned direct entry into the main draw following the withdrawal of Timea Bacsinszky.
