REGINA - SaskGaming raked in nearly $52 million last year, even though average per visitor spending dropped.
In its annual report the Crown corporation says its income before transferring money to the province's general revenue fund was $51.7 million.
The report also says a fragmented gaming environment in the province means declining revenues, decreasing relevance and limited game options for players.
SaskGaming operates Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw.
Ken Cheveldayoff, minister responsible for SaskGaming, says lotteries and gaming machines fall under another authority and some casinos are run by aboriginals.
He says the province is looking at possibly revising the system.
