Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, arrived to an overcast night in Regina when their flight from Toronto touched down at about 9 p.m. CST.
Regina will be the last leg of a four-day tour.
There were no events scheduled Tuesday night, and the couple were taken from the airport to the royal suite of the Hotel Saskatchewan in downtown Regina.
Charles and Camilla are touring Canada as part of the celebration for Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee.
A full day of activities is planned for them on Wednesday, including visits to the Legislative Building, First Nations University, a local environmental services firm and RCMP Depot Division.
On Wednesday, Charles will also have a private audience with Prime Minister Stephen Harper and be treated to a concert by the Regina Symphony Orchestra before the tour comes to an end.
The couple were in Toronto on Victoria Day, after landing in New Brunswick on Sunday.
