Pretty Pink Punch
1 can (295 ml) pink lemonade frozen concentrate (unthawed)
1 can (250 ml) strawberry daiquiri frozen concentrate (unthawed)
250 ml (1 cup) white rum (optional)
250 ml (1 cup) water
1 l (4 cups) ice cubes
Raspberries or sliced strawberries, for garnish
In a blender, combine pink lemonade and daiquiri frozen concentrates, rum, if using, and water; add ice cubes. Pulse until blended and frothy, about 1 minute.
Float berries on the surface for a special garnish.
Makes 4 servings.
