The Courvoisier Collective: Culinary Masterpieces program is seeking submissions for original Courvoisier cognac-infused recipes.
Ontario culinary students and at-home chefs can submit recipes until Aug. 24 at www.CourvoisierCollective.com.
Recipes must use Courvoisier, fall under one of the following categories — soup, salad, hors d'oeuvres or entree — and must contain no more than 15 ingredients.
On Sept. 7, a panel of Toronto chefs, including Ici Bistro's J.P. Challet, The Grove's Ben Heaton and Turf Lounge's Michael Kirkwood, will choose three culinary student finalists and three at-home cooks to showcase their creations at an event in Toronto on Oct. 17.
The winner in each category will be awarded $1,000 cash.
Submissions will also be eligible for the People's Choice Award, which will be selected by online votes.
