Things That Lead To Sex: Twitter Offers Up Options For The Lovelorn


Little known fact: August marks Romance Awareness Month, according to dating sites like and Yes, despite February holding the reins on Valentine's Day, it seems the sultry summer is truly the time to seek out -- and honour -- romance.

There isn't a lot to disagree with on that point -- the more people take vacations (as they're wont to during the summer), the more sex they have, according to Glamour.

Science also plays a role in this increase of wanton looks. A hormone called Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone (MSH) is produced upon exposure to sunlight, and this in turn has been linked to an increased sex drive in women, reported Elle Magazine.

But those who aren't quite feeling the love, Twitter came up with a slew of suggestions today, in the form of #ThingsThatLeadToSex -- tips that range from getting lucky at the DMV to the ever so simple and sweet, "marriage":
