Calgary police confirmed today they have arrested and charged a man with four foot-related assaults that occured over the past year.
Police say Mateusz Trojanowski, 21, would approach middle-aged women in the grocery store or shopping mall parking lot and ask them about their manicure or pedicure, saying he wanted to buy something similar for his wife of girlfriend.
When he asked to see the foot close-up and the woman had put her foot within touching distance he would innapropriately fondle their foot.
Trojanowski has been charge with three counts of assault and one count of sexual assault.
The first incident occured in January and the latest incident in July.
Anyone with information about similar occurances should call police.
