Vancouver Twi-hards, put on your formal gowns and get ready to scream as the finale of the blockbuster vampire romance series gets its premiere on Canada's West Coast... sort of.
Twilight fans in Vancouver will get an exclusive opportunity to watch a live stream of the Nov. 12 world premiere of "Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part II" at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles -- if they win a contest. They'll scream and shriek as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart walk the red carpet for the first time since they got back together.
Screening the finale in Vancouver means the franchise is coming home in a sense. Every Twilight picture after the first one has been filmed in the Vancouver area.
The wedding scene in "Breaking Dawn" between Edward and Bella was shot in Squamish, just south of Whistler, and required police protection during filming, the Vancouver Observer reported.
Right after the live stream, winners will get to watch an exclusive first screening of the film, to play in tandem with the world premiere. The Vancouver audience will be the first in Canada to see "Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part II" before it opens nationwide on Nov. 16.
The only way in is to win by entering the contest through this Facebook page. Not even media will be allowed into the premiere. (They get a press screening the next day.)
