Lipon is currently riding a six-game point streak that includes nine goals and 18 points. He now has 22 points in nine games this season to lead the WHL in scoring.
The game was a battle of the only two WHL teams which had yet to suffer a regulation-time loss this season.
Colin Smith also had two goals and added an assist for Kamloops (8-0-1), while Aspen Sterzer added a single goal.
Marek Hrbas also chipped in two assists for the Blazers.
Brady Brassart and Cody Sylvester scored for the Hitmen (6-1-2), whose winning streak was halted at three games.
Kamloops goaltender Cole Cheveldave made 13 saves to improve his record to 6-0-0 this season, while Calgary netminder Chris Driedger stopped 26 shots in a losing cause.
The Blazers were successful with the man advantage as they went 5-for-9. Calgary went 2-for-4 on the power play.
