Loose clothing, lots of water and a shot of Viagra?

Hardcore travellers and frequent business fliers each have their own methods of fighting off jet lag, but in at least one study, the sexual enhancement drug was proven to help mice adjust to a new time zone, according to the BBC.

But before you run out to get your own supply of the 'magical' blue pills, there's a handful of other ways to reduce the feelings of sluggishness once you start your next holiday.

From altering your sleep patterns in the days leading up to a trip to putting on sunglasses a few hours before landing — and keeping them on — there's plenty of good tips to prevent you from feeling like a zombie.
