CALGARY - The Churchill Corp. (TSX:CUQ) reports its net income in the third quarter fell 70 per cent from the same time last year to $1.8 million.
The Calgary-based construction company attributed the decline to lower margins and project execution challenges in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
The profit was the equivalent of seven cents per Churchill share and compared with 24 cents or $6.1 million a year earlier.
Churchill Corp.'s third-quarter revenue was $303.2 million, down from $379.3 million a year earlier.
The company says its dividend remains unchanged at 12 cents per common share.
