Holiday Travel On U.S. Airlines With The Unhappiest Employees (INFOGRAPHIC)

Flying during the holidays can be a frustrating experience, not just for travellers but for airline employees as well. Case in point: the workers at United Airlines who rank the lowest in terms of employee happiness according to a PayScale infographic.

To determine the happiest and unhappiest airline, the survey looks at a few factors that deal with job satisfaction, such as employee pay, the number of stressed workers and overall job satisfaction. On the consumer end of things, the infographic also lists airlines' on-time arrival rate, airline baggage fees as well as complaint rates.
