Charges have been laid against Emyr Morris after an Alberta man was caught on video breaking into a home, masturbating while inside and leaving his semen-stained underwear behind when he was done.

Blackfalds RCMP say the Clive home where the offence took place, which is approximately 50 km northwest of Red Deer, had been broken into several times before by an unknown person who left soiled undergarments in the property.

“On November 8, 2012, the Blackfalds RCMP were advised that a lone male had entered the residence again,” Mounties said in a release.

“This time the male had been captured on video masturbating as well as leaving pornographic material and semen stained undergarments.

“Investigation revealed that the suspect had entered the same residence five times.”

Morris, 29, of a rural address near Clive, has been charged with break and enter, performing an indecent act and criminal harassment.

He’s scheduled to make his first court appearance Friday Nov, 16, 2012 in Red Deer provincial court.
