Eliza Joshua, an insanely cute 23-month-old, showed off her moves at a recent Santa Claus parade, a YouTube video uploaded by Heidi Joshua shows.

"She just loves to dance to this song pretty much everyday," Heidi wrote.

The video surfaced just days before Psy's hit became the most-watched YouTube video with over 803 million views, knocking Justin Bieber's 'Baby' out of first place.
