Morgan Klimchuk scores winner as Regina Pats down Lethbridge Hurricanes 3-2

LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Morgan Klimchuk scored the winner with just 32 seconds left in regulation as the Regina Pats defeated the Lethbridge Hurricanes 3-2 in the Western Hockey League.

Jack Rodewald and Kyle Burroughs had the other goals for the Pats (13-20-4), who got 24 saves from Teagan Sacher.

Lane Scheidl chipped in with two assists.

Craig Leverton and Jaimen Yakubowski scored for the Hurricanes (17-16-5).

Ty Rimmer stopped 24 shots in taking the loss.

Regina finished the night 1-for-1 on the power play, while Lethbridge was scoreless in three opportunities.
