Research In Motion Ltd. (TSX:RIM). Wireless technology. Down $1.34, or 7.61 per cent, at $16.27 on 11,841,929 shares. The information technology sector led the decliners, dropping 2.69 per cent to 29.61 points. Its main drag, RIM, tumbled due to profit taking ahead of its product unveiling on Wednesday.
Northland Resources S.A. (TSX:NAU). Miner. Down 8.5 cents, or 40.48 per cent, at 12.5 cents on 10,888,696 shares. The Luxembourg-based, development-stage miner announced plans to raise US$375 million in equity and bond offerings.
Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Transportation equipment. Up nine cents, or 2.26 per cent, at $4.08 on 10,033,089 shares.
Eastern Platinum Ltd. (TSX:ELR). Miner. Unchanged at 21 cents on 6,218,702 shares.
Cline Mining Corp. (TSX:CMK). Miner. Down four cents, or 22.22 per cent, at 14 cents on 5,973,716 shares. The metals and mining sector fell 0.87 point to 316.48 points.
Capstone Mining Corp. (TSX:CS). Miner. Down two cents, or 0.80 per cent, at $2.47 on 3,976,145 shares.

Pinecrest Energy Inc. (TSXV:PRY). Oil and gas. Up six cents, or 4.48 per cent, at $1.40 on 22,369,548 shares.
Petroamerica Oil Corp. (TSXV:PTA). Oil and gas. Down half a cent or 5.88 per cent, at eight cents on 4,879,882 shares.

Goldgroup Mining Inc. (TSX:GGA). Miner. Up three cents, or 8.82 per cent, at 37 cents on 40,522 shares. The Vancouver-based gold producer signed a deal to acquire a Mexican gold and silver property from Oroco Resource Corp.(TSXV:OCO) for an initial cash payment of US$4.5 million. Oroco's stock dropped a penny, or 5.56 per cent, at 17 cents on 64,200 shares.
Glacier Media Inc. (TSX:GVC). Print and digital media. Up seven cents, or 3.83 per cent, at $1.90 on 118,225 shares. Glacier plans to increase its quarterly dividend by 33 per cent to two-cent per share, starting April 5 of record March 15. The new dividend, which amounts to eight cents annually, up from six cents, raises Glacier's annual yield to about 4.4 per cent based on Friday's closing share price of $1.83.
Nexen (TSX:NXY). Oil and gas. Down 16 cents, or 0.59 per cent, at $26.98 on 1,895,148 shares. The closing date of Chinese oil giant CNOOC's US$15.1-billion takeover of Calgary-based Nexen has been extended by 30 days to March 2. The two companies agreed to extend the deadline as they wait for U.S. regulatory approval.
Nordion Inc. (TSX:NDN). Medical isotope. Up 47 cents, or 7.31 per cent, at $6.90 on 148,399 shares. The Ottawa-based company launched a review of strategic alternatives, hiring investment firm Jefferies and Co. which will conduct the review.
