After being charged, he had been freed on bail and suspended from his position in the force.
He was freed under a series of strict bail conditions.
Blouin has undergone therapy. And, having accepted that his police career is over, he's working on new projects such as returning to his studies.
He pleaded guilty today to one of two charges. Sentencing arguments are now scheduled for April 17.
