Celebrity Beauty Splurges: Beyonce's Gold Manicure And Other Extravagant Beauty Treatments

10 Outrageous Celebrity Beauty Splurges

It seems like everything Beyonce touches lately turns to gold, but the Super Bowl singer may be taking this Queen B thing a bit too literally – even down to her fabulous fingers.

In a new promotional video for the Mrs. Carter Show world tour, Knowles dresses up in theatrical Victorian garb – complete with crown and sceptre – grinning at the camera in the ostentatious, queenly costume.

The wildest part of the over-the-top look? Bey’s H&H-designed manicure, which reportedly cost $900 – or about $90 bucks a nail.

While most of us wouldn’t dream of spending that kind of cash on our fingernails, Bey’s costly talons don’t even come close to making our list for most indulgent celebrity beauty expenses.

In fact, $900 is a positively meagre price compared to the $250,000 black diamond manicure Kelly Osbourne wore at the 2012 Emmys.

That’s right: $250K on nails.

When it comes to ridiculous celebrity spending, Kelly and Bey are in good company: from fingernails to facials, we've rounded up some of the most outrageous star beauty splurges.

You know what they say – it really does takes a village (or rather, the price of a small village) to keep up appearances in Hollywood.
