Ron James Takes On Movie Ratings And 'Toddlers & Tiaras'

In today's insane pop culture environment, it can be tough being a parent.

On the latest episode of "The Ron James Show," Canadian comedian Ron James is incredulous about the movie ratings system -- a movie featuring mild sexuality is rated 'R" while an exceedingly violent film has a 'PG-13' rating.

"Look Honey, I know you want to go see the new Ryan Gosling movie, but there's light nudity and sexual situations. So have a good time at 'Chainsaw Hillbilly 5!'" quips James.

He also can't fathom how shows like "Toddlers & Tiaras" continue to thrive, even though they openly depict parents forcing their 4-year-old children into grotesque beauty pageants.

"It's one of the top-rated shows on television!" he rants.

We hear you, Ron. We hear you.
