Stompin' Tom Honoured In Parliament, NDP MPs Play 'Bud The Spud' In Tribute To Late Singer

WATCH: NDP MPs Pay Tribute To Stompin' Tom

NDP MPs gave a musical tribute to Canadian music legend Stompin' Tom Connors on Thursday afternoon.

MPs Andrew Cash and Charlie Angus led the NDP caucus in a rousing rendition of 'Bud The Spud' in the foyer outside the House of Commons.

Stompin' Tom died last night at age 77. Tributes for the legendary musicians poured in from all across Canada.
