People either loved former Premier Ralph Klein or they hated him, but everyone agrees he could give a good quote.
He was bombastic, opinionated, and always known to speak his mind.. His ascension from journalist to mayor, and then Premier of Alberta, made him a notorious Calgarian.
When Klein received the Order of Canada in November 2012, Premier Allison Redford wrote that Klein, "...created an endearing and enduring relationship with Albertans, who affectionately refer to him as Ralph."
