SURREY, B.C. - A man is recovering in hospital after a shooting in Surrey, B.C.
RCMP say the man was hit in both legs when he was attacked on a street in the Whalley neighbourhood at around 6:30 Sunday night.
Staff Sgt. Blair McColl says the victim's injuries are not life-threatening.
He also says the man is not co-operating with police.
Three men were picked up in a nearby apartment building a short time after the shooting, but have since been released and no charges have been laid.
McColl says the shooting appears targeted, but it's too early to say if it is gang-related. (CKNW)
