Fashionable Canadian brides-to-be will no longer have to travel to New York City to get the most stylish wedding gowns.

Designer bridal store Kleinfeld (featured on the TLC reality TV show "Say Yes To The Dress") will be opening a shop in Toronto's Hudson's Bay Queen Street flagship store.

Slated to open in 2014, the store-within-a-store will feature designer gowns, expert bridal consultants and a line of gifts and home and lifestyle products.

“This is a thrilling day for our team at Kleinfeld,” says Ronald Rothstein, Co-Owner of Kleinfeld Bridal. “We are the largest luxury bridal retailer in the world and look forward to bringing the finest selection of exclusive designer wedding gowns to Hudson’s Bay.”

The original Kleinfeld was founded in 1941 and is the largest luxury bridal retailer in the world. The 35,000 flagship store resides in Chelsea, New York City, and is a popular bridal shopping spot for many fans of "Say Yes To The Dress."

Some of our favourite "Say Yes To The Dress" moments include a Maid of Honour who ruined a bride's dress reveal, a woman who shopped for her wedding gown before meeting her fiancé and a reality TV star who battled with her mother over her dress choice.
