As winter comes to an end in Toronto, residents of Canada's largest city are celebrating the good weather on patios and porches. But there is something else to celebrate: those ubiquitous Canada Goose coats go back in the closet.
The jackets are mocked in a recent music video from YouTube's johnrvideo that reveals just how ubiquitous the brand has become.
The clip took just two hours to shoot, according to the creators, but that was more than enough time to capture the stunning popularity of the expensive coats on Toronto streets. Paired with hilarious (and often profane) lyrics, the video has racked up more than 30,000 views on YouTube.
And that popularity seems set to spread. The cover of Sports Illustrated's 2013 Swimsuit Edition featured model Kate Upon wearing one of the coats and not much else.
