Everyone loves Commander William T. Riker, the bearded, dashing, gallant first officer of Jean-Luc Picard's USS Enterprise. But despite years of watching our Number One, we never noticed that he has an odd way of sitting down. This Star Trek: The Next Generation supercut posted earlier this month demonstrates.

Maybe he was a long-time horseman? Maybe it's a quirk Riker picked up at Starfleet Academy? Or an old injury that actor Jonathan Frakes suffered as a mover? Who knows.
