It's the kind of capture that shutterbugs and videographers can spend a lifetime trying to film to no avail.
But a day out in the woods in Banff National Park earlier this week garnered a blogger just that kind of videographic prize, when he managed to film unbelievable footage of two grizzly bears playing rough in a clearing.
The video, which was posted on YouTube by Going Solo Adventures, shows a massive grizzly and a smaller one messing about and playing out in the open.

The video was captured just as Parks Canada warned visitors this week to pay attention when spending time in the parks, as wildlife is now out on full force, stretching and feeding after a winter's nap.
“We ask that visitors please slow down, observe speed limits and be extra vigilant on the roads at dawn and dusk when animals are most active,” said Brianna Burley, a Parks Canada Human-Wildlife Conflict Specialist based in Lake Louise.

The agency also asked that visitors refrain from feeding the animals, an activity that has been proven to lead to habituation and attacks on humans.
Parks Canada cited an incident in Kootenay National Park last year where a wolf was approached and fed rice cakes.
