Evening thunderstorms possible, but drier forecast ahead

A spinning low pressure system will continue to give way to stormy weather through Wednesday evening for B.C.'s South Coast. But the system finally begins to move out starting Thursday afternoon, bringing sunny breaks Thursday and Friday, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

Much calmer, sunnier and warmer weather ramping up for the weekend.
