Risk of showers until Friday morning before a nice weekend

Showers may pop up across B.C.'s South Coast Thursday night and again Friday morning as we are left with the last of a spinning low pressure system causing an unstable atmosphere, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

Clouds will also thicken up for a grey Friday start but should clear out nicely by the afternoon. And that low will finally be long gone for the weekend, leaving the South Coast with sunny skies and warm temperatures both Saturday and Sunday.
