Tim Hague Sr. And Jr., 'Amazing Race Canada' Team: Father, Son Pair Face Challenge

It's certainly a challenge to run "The Amazing Race Canada," but life can throw much worse at you then a bunch of obstacles. Father-son team Tim Hague, Sr. and Tim Hague, Jr., one of nine teams competing on "Amazing Race Canada," and they're both very familiar with how hard life can be.

Tim Sr. was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease three years ago, but he and his son aren't letting that diagnosis hold them back. They're eager to prove themselves on the Race, defying whatever physical limitations might occur. We here at HuffPost Canada nickname them "The Timbits."

Their motto: "Just because you've been given a diagnosis does not mean the end of your life."

How they plan to win the Race: Have an amazingly fun time and see how far we can get, build each other up at all times!

"Amazing Race Canada" premieres on Monday, July 15 on CTV at 9 p.m. ET.
