Pemberton Plane Crash Victims Identified

VANCOUVER - All four victims of a mid-air crash between a glider and a small airplane near Pemberton, B.C., have been identified.

The pilot of the glider has been identified as 50-year-old Rudy Lee Rozsypalek of Pemberton.

The passenger in the glider was 21-year-old Mohnish Paul, from Byrsanjitown, India.

Pilot Terence Gale, aged 42, and his 51-year-old spouse Rita Turnbull, both of 100 Mile House, were killed in the Cessna.

The planes slammed into each other over a campground in Nairn Falls Provincial Park on June 29.

The BC Coroners Service and the Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
