As news of Cory Monteith’s death spread, celebrities took to Twitter to express their shock and grief.
The Canadian actor, best known for playing Finn Hudson on the hit TV show "Glee," was found dead in a Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel room in Vancouver on Saturday afternoon. The cause of death has not yet been determined Vancouver Police said Saturday night, but foul play isn’t suspected. Monteith was 31.

Fellow actors, celebrities and several of Monteith’s co-stars have conveyed their heartbreak via social media, and some offered prayers for his family and friends, and girlfriend Lea Michele.
