BodyBreak: Best Videos From The Canadian Fitness Duo

WATCH: Best BodyBreak Videos
CTV

If you were a kid growing up in Canada during the '80s and '90s, you are more than likely familiar with BodyBreak.

While watching your favourite cartoons, fitness duo Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod would interject with their brief 90-second BodyBreak fitness videos, encouraging people to get up and get active. More specifically, Johnson and McLeod wanted (and still want) Canadians to "get fit and have fun."

The pair has celebrated a resurgence in popularity on Twitter and in the public eye as they join "The Amazing Race Canada" as one of nine teams competing for the first-place prize of $250,000. They're entering the Race as one of the favourites to win.

Don't know if you should root for their victory? Check out the best BodyBreak videos below. At the very least, enjoy the nostalgia.

"Amazing Race Canada" premieres on July 15 at 9 p.m. ET on CTV.
