After giving birth to a royal baby boy on Monday, Kate Middleton showed off her little prince on Tuesday in front of the world with her hair blown out and her makeup perfectly applied.
While some moms didn't relate to Kate's nearly runway-ready look, they did cheer for her very visible tummy, which was accentuated by the Duchess of Cambridge's cute empire-waist polka-dot dress (a nod to the late Princess Diana), which was designed by Kate fav, Jenny Packham.
Unlike most new celebrity moms who exercise and diet right after giving birth or refuse to be photographed until they've lost baby weight (ahem, Kim Kardashian), Duchess Kate flaunted her bump, a proud memento from the baby boy she carried for nine months, who weighed eight pounds and six ounces at birth.

Netmums founder Siobhan Freegard said Catherine had dispelled the "myth that all mothers should be perfect postpartum."
"In a couple of minutes on the steps of the Lindo Wing Kate has done more for new mums’ self-esteem than any other role model,’ she said. "Sadly, too many celebrities often have ultra-fast tummy tucks or strap themselves down to emerge in tiny size six jeans, leaving everyone else feeling inadequate. Kate shows what a real mum looks like – and natural is beautiful."
Sadly, some media outlets share the blame in pressuring new moms to lose weight as quickly as possible.
OK! Magazine caused an outrage among mothers when their latest issue drew attention to Kate's bump, even though she had just given birth the previous day.
TV presenter Katy Hill urged others to boycott the magazine on Tuesday and even posted a photo of herself proudly displaying her yummy tummy two months after giving birth.
Hill tweeted:
"New Mums. If the @OK_Magazine #Kate cover has made you feel bad, here's me 2 months post baby. YOU MADE A HUMAN! x "
Jezebel joined in on the Duchess Catherine bump talk, arguing that it's not her job to "look good":
"It seems to me that [Kate's] "job" at this point is to: 1. be a loving mother to her child and a loving wife to her husband (and a mutual recipient of love and respect, of course); and 2. to represent the royal family favorably in Britain and around the world. Why is "looking good" a requirement of this? Apart from looking generally neat, tidy, and conservative, what are her obligations? To be thin? To wear makeup at all times? To wear heels? To not look exhausted after having a baby like a normal human would?"
We're glad to see that Catherine Cambridge isn't paying attention to the criticism about her beautiful figure and focusing instead on raising her son.
