Justin Bieber Drug Bust: Pot Found On Tour Bus At Canadian Border

File photo dated 09/06/12 of Justin Bieber. Teen singer Justin Bieber and stars such as Sir Elton John, Rihanna and Emeli Sande are to be brought together on a newly launched label in a major shake-up of the record industry. They will become part of the combined roster of Virgin EMI, which brings together many international stars who have previously been signed to Mercury and Virgin Records.

Like his world tour, the controversy surrounding Justin Bieber just keeps on rolling with seemingly no end in sight.

According to CBC, a bus on Justin Bieber's current world tour was stopped Sunday at the U.S./Canada border entering Detroit from Windsor crossing the Ambassador Bridge.

American border agents discovered marijuana on the bus which Bieber was not riding on. Kenneth Hammond, the chief officer and public affairs liaison for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Detroit,, said a small amount of marijuana was found as well as drug paraphernalia after sniffing dogs detected drugs.

The Detroit Free Press reported the bus driver was cited but the bus and its passengers on board were allowed to carry on their trip. Bieber's tour went on without a hitch Sunday night at Detroit's Joe Louis Arena. It's unknown if any of Bieber's touring group, dancers or road crew were riding the bus when it was stopped.

The incident follows a string of controversy in July where Bieber was shown on camera urinating in a mop bucket in New York City and spitting from a hotel balcony. Bieber made no mention of what happened at the border via Twitter.
