Sunset Park Shooting Was Targeted, Police Say

Vancouver police are investigating what they believe was a targeted shooting in a South Vancouver park Tuesday night.

The shooting took place at around 6 p.m. in Sunset Park, near the intersection of East 52nd Avenue and St. George Street, The Province reported.

The victim, whose identity has not been revealed, was treated for minor injuries in hospital and released, police said in a news release.

No arrests have been made.
