All hail the new Queen of Bollywood Style, Sonam Kapoor!
The stunning 28-year-old actress ditched her ballgown on Thursday for a regal Alexander McQueen column dress which featured embellished gold embroidery around a plunging neckline, a military-style belt and a python clutch.
Kapoor, who's the daughter of "Slumdog Millionaire" star Anil Kapoor, attended the 2013 Vogue Beauty Awards in Mumbai, India, where she picked up the Beauty of the Year award.
It's not hard to see why the former model made such an impression on the Vogue judges; the "Saawariya" star has been a fixture on the red carpet in avant-garde looks that have forced fellow Bollywood stars Aishwarya Rai and Priyanka Chopra to step up their game.
From her masculine Dolce & Gabbana suit to her gorgeous understated Barbara Casasola gown, Kapoor is not afraid to take chances with her ever-evolving style.
The raven-haired beauty also isn't afraid to show some skin as she did on the August 2013 issue of GQ India in a sexy leather skirt and bustier.
