It's been nine years since the hit TV series "Friends" came to an end, but you wouldn't know it by this latest photo of Jennifer Aniston.
The 44-year-old actress went fresh-faced for a candid Instagram snap, looking absolutely gorgeous without a stitch of makeup on. The pic was uploaded by her long-time friend and hairstylist Chris McMillan, who captioned the photo, "Best #friends #no makeup #girl-time."
Without a doubt, Aniston looks good, but perhaps it's not all that surprising -- her health regime is reportedly intense. The SmartWater spokeswoman is a yoga junkie and an organic foods enthusiast, and when she ate a Big Mac (once, of course), she told New York Magazine was like putting "gasoline in a purified system."
So, what other beauty secrets does Aniston have up her sleeve?
"I think what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin," Aniston told the mag.
"Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible."
Seems reasonable enough! (Except for the no-Big-Macs rule).
