Raonic, 22, is now the 10th-ranked men's player in the world. The Thornhill, Ont. native moved up three spots following his defeat at the hands of Rafael Nadal in the final on Sunday at Uniprix Stadium.
Pospisil, of Vernon, B.C., jumped 31 spots to 40th overall. The 23-year-old was defeated in the semifinals by Raonic on Saturday.
