That's Uncomfortable Fashion Crime: Precarious jumpsuit
We're all over the jumpsuit trend but there's a way of wearing it well (see Rebecca Hall's racy but elegant look and Gabrielle Union's red stunner) and then there's Ashley Madekwe.
The "Revenge" star (who won't be returning for Season 3) sported a yellow navel-grazing Diane Von Furstenberg jumpsuit at the 12th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree this week.
Now, we have nothing against a revealing outfit, obviously, but the halter top is so tiny and flimsy-looking that we're afraid the 31-year-old's breasts are going to pop out! It can't be fun being constantly afraid that one's bits and pieces are going to fall out of your dress. That's not good for anyone's career (see: Tara Reid).
And it's not just the top that is making us afraid for the former "The Beautiful Life: TBL" star; the bottom half looks dangerously close to being harem pants' odd cousin.
The English rose's saving grace is the vintage chain link Chanel belt but judging by the fashion blogger's expression, Ashley already knows that she wore a dud.
