Vancouver’s about to get a whole lot sexier thanks to a new lingerie superstore.
Hundreds of girls and women waited hours on Tuesday morning to be the first shoppers inside Victoria Secret’s second-largest flagship store in the world after its Manhattan location.
The lineup started as early as 5 a.m., according to CTV News.
“Victoria’s Secret finally opened their store in Vancouver.. my poor poor credit card #hallelujah,” tweeted one happy shopper.

Victoria's Secret moved into HMV’s old digs at the corner of Burrard and Robson, transforming the former 35,000-square-foot space into a shiny temple for lingerie, swimwear, sports and loungewear.
Sparing no expense to pay homage to its glamazonian heritage, the new two-storey location features a mirrored grand staircase, oversized chandeliers, and black cherry marbled flooring, according to a company statement.
Missed the store’s soft-opening? No fear. “Angel” Lindsay Ellingson will be at the new Vancouver store for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday at 5 p.m.
