Ducks' Teemu Selanne will play 21st and final NHL season

Anaheim Ducks right-winger Teemu Selanne is coming back for a 21st NHL season, announcing his return Friday with a YouTube video.

Selanne, 43, scored 31 goals and 80 points two seasons ago but his offensive production has tailed off since, to 26 goals and 66 points in the 2011-12 season to 12 goals and 24 points in 46 games a year ago during the lockout-shortened campaign.

The six-foot, 200-pound Finnish Flash has spent 14 of his 20 NHL seasons with the Ducks, helping them win the Stanley Cup in 2007.
