Victoria's Secret opened in Vancouver this week and they flew in one of their Angels, Lindsay Ellingson to get the party rolling.
A YouTube video shows Ellingson at the store's official opening Thursday, brandishing an over-sized pair of scissors with which to snip the giant pink ribbon.
"I think it would be amazing to think of myself as a role model for young girls out there," she says in the video. "I relate so well to girls, you know."
Asked what her hobbies are, Ellingson replies: "I love making jewellery and I also do lots of yoga, and I have a little cockapoo named Carly."
"I have the best job in the world," Ellingson says about being a Victoria's Secret Angel.
"We get to do exciting things like store openings and get to test out, you know, all the lingerie and talk about it, so it's really amazing because I get to have a voice," the lingerie model told The Vancouver Sun.
Hundreds of girls and women waited hours on Tuesday morning to be the first shoppers inside the new store, the second-largest Victoria's Secret in the world.
The lineup started as early as 5 a.m., according to CTV News.
