Team Canada's Olympic hockey jersey leaked?

A leaked photo of Jonathan Toews wearing what is supposedly the sweater Team Canada will wear at the 2014 Sochi Olympics is creating a stir among hockey fans.

Toews, the captain of the Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks and a lock to be named to Canada's Olympian team, is seen posing in a red jersey at a photo shoot.

Hockey Canada has yet to announce a date for the official unveiling.

But some observers claim the leaked photo is legit because the jersey features a Nike logo and the identical new collar trim that the company used to design jerseys for the American and Russian Olympics squads.

The cutline suggests that the photograph taken by Melinda Pilon of Getty Images, with media reports claiming it has been pulled from the company's website.
